About The Red Door
The Red Door Pottery Studio in the historic Foreside District of Kittery, Maine located one mile from downtown Portsmouth, New Hampshire complements the already existing artistic neighborhood blending a pottery workshop and gallery space.
In addition to the pottery and art collection, the gallery shop at The Red Door Pottery Studio is host to an ever changing display of prints, pottery, jewelry and more from local artisans. If there is something you're looking for that you don't see, just ask: we may have it.
The building was once the home of the Order of the Knights of Pythias, a fraternal organization founded in 1864. Today our enterprise continues to be dedicated to the cause of universal peace through art, education and understanding among men and women of good will.
